My screen keeps flashing when using After Effects?

Hi everyone, I just can't use AE as my screen keeps flashing all the time, and just with After Effect, nothing happens with Pr, Ps or Ai. My laptop is HP pavilion 14 ce1008TU, 16GB RAM, 500GB SSD and Intel HD Graphics 620. I've updated the latest version of After Effect and the problem keeps raging on. 😞

    Please make sure that graphic drivers are up to date. Perhaps try unplugging the keyboard to see if there is something stuck before opening AE.
