My shortcuts being overridden?

Hello! My name is michael and this is my first post, I never have issues with after effects but I think I royalely screwed myself here. So I was working with some keyframes making them into easy ease, and I think I mustve hit something wrong, I believe I did ctrl and f9 or some combination and now I can't ctrl+s to save as it just opens scales or imports, I can't duplicate and can't copy and paste. Its really weird. But thanks for any help!

Thanks so much for a quick reply, and yea I'm sorry, it actually wasn't even a problem with aftereffects. my keyboard had rebound my left ctrl key to a left click instead so i had to reinstall my drivers. Thanks so much though and sorry for my late reply! This community is really dope c:

Chances are it enabled some system level option or a tool like an instant messenger, screen recording software or similar that intercepts your keyboard inputs. Impossible to tell with such unspecific info.
