My vector disappear sometimes

Hi, I'm having a problem sometimes, when I make some change in one layer, other just go missing.

Here is the scene

But in the next frame, the hand just disappear.

But when I open the hand composition, the hand is there

I already check for the opacity of the composition, and is 100%. And this is randomly, sometimes when i move some keyframe from a layer, or when i add some new layer, happens in random frames, with random things.
