My video's export won't finish

Hi everyone, sorry for my english. When I export my video to media encorder, I see the rendering almost finish, but freeze at the end...I try differents things that people suggest here. Like changing size of my images. I tried two differents computers. (Mac and window) with Media encorder 2021 and 2023. Here a screens capture of the problem. Hope someone can help me.
