Mysterious image that is not present in sequence appear

I'm having a very abnormal image appearing in my time line in various places where it is neither present in the comp or AE project. I have cleared all caches in both Premiere and AE. I have dug deep into the comps that the image and made sure it isn't present, also it is appearing sometimes when I press spacebar to pause it. I've tried to render from AE and it shows up in the renders periodically. It is an image of a bird that I have used in one shot at a placeholder for an animation. It isn't present on any higher video tracks in premiere nor AE and I have tried to delete it from almost every comp completely. Any insight into this would go a long way, I'm completely stumped.
