NDI and AFTER EFFECTS no ALPHA

A couple of old posts, regarding the same issue, were posted - but I failed to see any movement towards a FIX of this ability from any Adobe Support rep.

After going back-and-forth with NEWTEK support their engineering department said NDI used an API, called "TRANSMIT", which was designed to work across all ADOBE CC apps, has a BUG causing it to not output the ALPHA channel information - yet the ALPHA channel information DOES work via PREMIERE and NDI.

Any word on this being 'restored' to AFTER EFFECTS?
