Need help

Hi guys, i'm new here. Fist of all i wanna say sorry for my english, i know its not that good. But anyway, i just started learning after effects a week ago, and now im learning masks, but when i import a video to work with, my timeline as soon as i start the preview goes faster than it should. I would really appreciate if some of u is willing to help me, thank u so much ❤️
