Every time I after effects and premiere my HDD disk goes to 100% and not SDD and they just crashes after that. what should I do?

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.21 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.9 GB usable)

Nvdia 1070 GTX
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display

Sorry for your issue.

In which drive did you install After Effects and Premiere Pro? Do you see any error messages or crash reports? Also, do you use any plug-ins for After Effects or Premiere Pro?

Its in C- drive. Also in quater quality it is still managing but as soon as I switch to Full Resolution then AFTER EFFECTS hangs and then crashes. I somehow feel that its is using HDD instead of SDD as main drive. Please have a look at my Task manager when I work on After Effects.
