Need help in after effects expression

Hello,

I am trying to create a morgt file .I have two layers of text

The flicker layer is just regular text and the other one is a duplicated layer with no fill and omly a stroke.

I want stroke layer to follow all font style,faux style BUT NOT COLOUR adjustments of the flicker layer.

I have tried the style expression but it even adds fill to the stroke layer.I want no fill in the stroke layer.
please help me out.
