need help to add a simple shape effect in after effects

Hello!

Can you help me to add a effect to shape and make it like the second shape in the picture?

I think it is a simple question but I tried myself all of the things, but I could not to do it.

I agree that CC Bend It or CC Bender could both be solutions here.

If you needed a more fine-tuned solution, you could use the Bezier Warp effect (under Distort) or Puppet pins.

yeah but I found it. It was the ''path'' and did it manually.
