i was making an edit when my composition preview randomely went grey. i cannot play it, hear the audio or see the clips, i have tried everything google said such as clearing my cache, reinstalling the app, restarting my PC, etc. would really appreciate some help 🙂

I'm sorry to hear you're having a problem. Can you give us these details to help us understand the issue? What are your system specs (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)? Is it happening in a certain project? Often, an old GPU driver causes these problems. Please make sure your GPU driver is updated.

my GPU is a NVIDIA 5070 TI, i updates the drivers yesterday to see if it would fix the issue. it is limited to only the single project.
