New camera layer wont open

Question

Hi teamI am quite new to After Effects but was able previously to open a new canera layer as I have always very easily and the camera screen comes up so I could alter settings.I can no longer open a new camera layer as when I do nothing happens, i then cant do nothing else until i press escape and my compter beeps .The files were in 3d etc as done previously.What can be the issue here as it is so frustrating I cannot start a new camera layer at all!!!!Any help pleasePS My computer is powerful etc and I have no hardware issues. Hi Paul, Thanks for writing in.As I can understand, you don't see the Camera Settings window (refer to the screenshot) when you try to create a new camera. Is that correct?Are you on a dual monitor setup? If so, please check if the window is opening on the secondary monitor and somehow you didn't notice it. If that's not the case, please share a screenshot as ali_jaber mentioned.We're here to help. Thanks,Nishu
