New Laptop Old Crashes and Slow Renders

Hi Everyone,

I have just bought a new laptop with reasonable hardware power.

Lenovo 16" Legion Pro 7i.

- 2.2 GHz Intel Core i9 24-Core (13th Gen)

- 32GB DDR5 RAM

- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 (12GB GDDR6)

I am running After Effects 2024.

I am working on a rotoscoping project at 4K resolution and to my surprise After Effects crashed multiple times, I got several low memory alerts, and when RAM previewing I had to lower the resolution to 1/4.

Things got even worse when I had the good/bad idea of using the rotobush tool.

That makes me wonder If my machine still lacks hardware power or After Effects last version is overheavy and unstable.

Any thoughts about this?
My Hardware isn't enough?
System or software configuration could help?
