Question

New to adobe after effects

I am new to after effect, I know absolutely nothing about this app. I am currently trying to make a Minecraft pvp montage and the footage is somehow slowed, I have no idea why and I thought it was because rendering, it's been 3 hours since it's rendering. Maybe someone in the community can help me please?

It looks like your video is slow because of the settings in the project or the clips you used. Rendering usually takes time but it should not make the video slow. Check the frame rate of your clips and project.

Hi ItzRealHim,

Sorry for the issue. I recommend restarting this project in Premiere Pro if you have access to it. After Effects isn't ideal creating edits for long duration media (like gameplay footage). By rendering, are you referring to the exported media, or your exported file? Please let me know.

Thanks,

Ishan

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
