No export from Cinema 4D Lite possible?

Hi there!

Using AE’s version of Cinema 4D Lite, I created a somewhat complex mesh object which I would want to export to OBJ format. How can that be done? Under File/Export seems to be no way to do it, no fly-out or dialogue panel or something.
