Question

No Frame.io pannel in AE

Hi, I have been using Frame.io really actively about a year and a half ago, and I had a pannel inside AE that allowed me to send compositions directly into Frame.io and overall it was very convenient. 

 

I have just strated a new project and wanted to use it again, but it does not seem possible? I have the latest version of AE (25.4.0) and I work on Windows - I searched in my AE windows and extensions, reset the workspace, but for the life of me can not bring the Frame.io pannel back into AE. 

 

When I try to reinstall it from the Creative Cloud App, I only get an option to use the web version, but it is super inconvenient and adds a lot of extra steps to my workflow. How do I bring back the in-built AE pannel for Frame.io?

That's strange! I am using the 25.4 version, and I can open the panel from Window > Review with Frame io. Are you on Mac or Windows? What happens when you click Review with Frame io in the Window menu, or the menu is not visible at all? Can you try running After Effects in Safe Mode?

I am on a Windows. The problem is that I do not have that option in my menu at all for some reason!

How do I run it in Safe mode?
