No LUT SCREEN or SCROLL

Hello Excuse me , I see on many videos a little screen to change easily the lut on limetri color, bur I don't have this on mine.

Someone No Why? And I can't scroll with my mouse neither

    the screenshoot on the left is from premiere pro and the one is from after effects and this 2 different application, and on after effects this effects did look exactly same as premiere pro.

    please correct me if i don't understand you!!!
