No preview in Project files panel

Hi all!

In my project I using many files, footages. So, in the Project panel when I clicking at any project file - info has shown at the top, but instead of preview of selected file there are only black/bounding box (any file - *.ai, *.png, *.mov, *.mp4, e.t.c.).

Restarting AE, Windows doesn't helped.

Could you please help me?

I meant not preview window, that appears when double-clicked at the file in Project panel. I meant little preview rectangle near the file info at the top of the Project panel.

Go up to edit - preferences - display...

And see is "DISABLE THIMBNAILS IN PROJECT PANEL" checked.... uncheck it.... 🤔 🤔
