no sound on ae

Hello, I need your help very much. There is no sound in After Effects. In the audio hardware settings, headphones and speakers are not displayed (it just says no device available). Windows itself does not see AE, like in the sound application settings, it's not there. The drivers are fine. I reinstalled the 2019 version twice, this time I downloaded 2020, and still there is no sound.
