No timeline preview and renders fail

I have a Lenovo Legion Laptop with AMD Ryzen CPU and a RTX 3050ti.

Using After Effects 22.3.0, I get nothing in my Composition viewer, it is just black unless I turn on draft 3d. If I try to render it fails.

Turns out it was the plugin Deep Glow causing it not to display or render.
