No top controls for After Effects.

Hi all,

I am using AE 2022 (not sure of the specific version as I can't access any of the top toolbar). Creative Cloud says it is up to date so I am guessing the most recent update. Now to the problem....I can't access any of the top menus, I can't minimize or maximize and all clicking at the top of the window just clicks whatever is behind the window. I have not yet gone to a previous version, thought i would see if there are any ideas here first.

Well it looks like my post was pre-mature...After going through a few other troubleshooting methods, it looks to be a windows issue and not an AE issue. There were a few other non-adobe programs acting the same way, my IT guys are working on fixing my OS now.
