Hello,

After Affects cannot be installed on my 10 year old iMac because it is not compatible.

Is there a possibility to find an older version of After Effects?

What could I do?

Thank you

Li

Unfortunately, no. Adobe fundamentaly provides the latest version and one previous version only. If your iMac is a 10 year old one, I would guess you need the CS installer, not CC.

Hello Toolfarm JP,

Thank you very much for your time replying.

I have searched but I still can't find where/how to install the Creative Suite in order to install a compatible version of After Effects. Could you please help ?

(FYI same incompatibility message from the Creative Cloud dashboard with new versions of Photoshop and Adobe XD. But it's okay because their older versions are still running well on my computer.

I guess I would'nt have this issue with After Effects if I had installed it years ago.)

Have a nice day,

Li

Adobe CS product is also EOL. You may find one in the secondhand market. The serial number should be unused.
