Not able to acquire aefx suite

Hi there,

I downloaded AE 2024 and not all of my plug-ins, custom LUTs and effects carried over. I tried to manually copy them in and the next thing I know, I can't run After Effects. Now I can run parts of it but Lumetri won't work. At times it says "not able to acquire aefx suite." I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times, trying to start from scratch. I've even tried older versions. I feel screwed and do not know how to fix this. Can someone share some info for how to completely wipe AE as if it's never been used before on my PC? Or share how to fix this "not able to acquire aefx suite" problem? Thank you.
