Not able to doc scripts in after effects

I have just re installed after effects and scripts on a new mac, but cant seem to doc the scripts into my workspace, they just pop up but cant dock.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a ScriptsUI folder within the scripts folder. All scripts which are actually dockable panel must go into the ScriptsUI folder. Sometimes, scripts are provided as a window (the one in the screenshot) and dockable panel.

 

Make sure to launch the dockable script from window menu, not file -> scripts.
