not rendering texture file

Question

hi all, i finally made a trading card.The card has a window on wich i have texture of a spinning logo on a solid made in element 3D.All is fine in the preview window when it turns 360 degrees, but when i add the project to the render queand start the render the texture image is gone and wont render. what am i doing wrong ?? thanks

Without any specific info about your system or how the texture is funneled to E3D as well as other stuff liek actual render settings nobody can tell you much. From simple GPU rendering issues to more complex stuff where e.g. a pre-comp used for the texture may not evaluate this could be anything. You need to provide much more details.
