I bought the full version cause the trail was being dumb and lagging 24/7 but it's still doing the same thing. I'm honestly disappointed to pay $20 a month for a bad program that won't even run right

What kind of system are you using? The only difference between the trial and the full version is the licensing. If it wasn't running on your machine just licensing the product would not fix that and nobody would expect it to. Does your system meet the Minimum System Requirements? What are you trying to do with After Effects. It is not a video editing app so you should not be using it to edit movies. 

 

If you give us some system and workflow details we might be able to help you use the program. You should at least start in the Learn workspace figuring out the UI and running the sample projects.
