Not using my RAM potential

Can someone explain why I'm only using 2-4% of my RAM? 2nd photo shows my settings. My Gf is using the same settings and she achieves about 30-40%, although we have the same specs. I'm not running any other big program so idk why I takes AE so long to render. Can you please help me out?

Well, unless there is a problem with your render process I wouldn't worry. Funny enough AE not even using RAM could simply indicate that for once hardware acceleratrion is working fully and AE is just breezing through the render with fully accelerated effects and encoding, never needing to cache anything to RAM or disk. Certainly a more complex project would change this.

Thanks for your reply:) The thing I'm concerned about is that on my Macbook it took about 1 hour to render, while on my gf's it was only a matter of a few minutes. So I wonder why my mac is not using more capacity to just do it faster, like I would prefer him to do?

Could you share the system specifications of both machines? Are they identical? Did you test export the same project? Are there any third-party plug-ins used in the project?
