Not working Drag & Drop

Hi, help me please, installed AE, after installation everything worked great, but re-use does not allow drag & drop, I can not import the file, change the order of the layers, throw a preset on the layer, etc. Run as non-administrator. How to fix it?

Your After Effects home screen mentions that your trial has expired. Maybe that could attribute to the issue you are experiencing. If you have an active subscription, please check if you are logged into the correct Adobe ID in the Creative Cloud Desktop App.
