Number keys not jumping to numbered comp markers

Hello,

I'm trying to solve an issue I've had for a while now. Previously I was able to jump to numbered comp markers by using the number keys. This functionality has stopped working for me for a while. 

I have checked that the hotkeys are still set up, and they are. I can even use the shift+number key to add the marker. That works fine, but the navigation hotkeys don't work. 

Has anyone else had this issue?

After some experimenting, I have a few more details. Here is what currently works...

Shift + 4-0 work to add 

7-0 work for jumping 

Note: all of the number keys work for other things like typing values in. 

Very strange.
