SO when i add this white cricle and track the eyes, it starts to twitch like this (in the video), i gave up, but if you have any suggestions, please help me with it...

Eyes are reflective and can be difficult to track especially tracking reflections in the eye. You really just need to match the overall movement of the head, so try tracking somewhere off the actual reflective eyeball (the corner of the eye or something that still has distinct features but aren't as reflective).
