Object moves after final keyframe

Second question today. In this "Chapter 1 Section 1" animation, the object moves from left to right and stops. However, after the final keyframe, whose position is circled in red, the left-most object then starts to move again. Now, I've used the "U" and "UU" shortcut to see all keyframed properties, and nothing indicates that it would keep moving. It's a precomped layer, and its parent (colloquial parent, nothing technical) composition also indicates nothing. I've even tried to manually delete keyframes that aren't there. If it helps, this movement appears to be, without any keyframing, happening in the "Transform" property and not the "Transform: Rectangle 1" property tab. Any solid answers would be appreciated. Thanks!

It looks like you have another keyframe that exists past the composition's end.

That button I highlighted is used to jump key frame to keyframe. When there are no longer keyframe before or after the playhead's current position the respective button grays out. 

It's still highlighted, sugesting that there is a least one other keyframe to the right. This can happen when you trim the composition length.

To fix:

1 - Use the "Go To Next Keyframe" button to jump the playhead to the position of the next keyframe. This will work even if the keyfraem is outside of the duration of the timeline.

2 - Use the "Add/Remove keyframe" button (the diamond) to delete the keyframe at the playhead's position. Continue to do this until the button remains gray.

When the playhead is on top of a keyframe the "Add/Remove" button is blue, when the playhead isn't on top of a keyframe the button is gray.

    Check the graph editor and/ or right-click on the keyframes to change the interpolation. Overshoot or "the lasso effect" is part of any Bèzier interpolation and you need to learn to understand how to adjust the animation curves to reign it in or convert keys to linear.
