OCIO issues

I am using OCIO for Arri Wide Gamut 4 ( AWG4 ) exrs. And am having a few problems : 

+ The working color space is set to AWG4 but imports are defaulting to ACES 2065. 

Can I override the default?

+ I cannot find the location of the OCIO profiles that the project color settings are using. Does anybody know the location of this folder? 

+ On render, I set it to to AWG4 but After Effects is not putting that in the metadata so programs ( AE included ) do not know the colorspace on import. I have turned embed profile on and that did not help.

+ On render, It is set it to AWG4 but if I do not have the "Show All" checkbox clicked then After Effects  renders incorrectly as ACES 2065 even though output profile is written as AWG4. This is a bug. 

Any assistance will be appreciated.
