Offset Path is not showing all the properties - After Effects

Question

Last week I was able to see and use all the properties of the offset paths operator but today are missing two essential options: Copies and Copies Offset.

I have already: Tried the effect with different shapes, move the offset path up and down to see if anything happens, Restarted After Effects, and reinstalled After Effects.

I'm so frustrated I spent the whole day on this and I don't know what is happening. Please Help!
