Old CS3 After Effects will not go away even after uninstall

Hi, I hope this is the right place to ask. I used to have After Effects CS3 installed in my computer. Since it's now obsolete/I don't use it anymore I uninstalled it.

The thing is, for some reason the program is still listed in the Programs and Features list, even after restart. I already tried running the Adobe Cleanup program but it tells me "no CS3 programs are installed". There are also still remnant folders in the Adobe folder in Program Files. Is this a registry issue? I don't want to mess up anything by manually deleting folders incorrectly. 

I'm running a Windows 11 22H2 laptop.

    Check deeper. I don't have al lthe relevant keys in my head. It's somewhere. Simply search for "CS3" and similar keywords in the registry editor.

    Yes, you can clean it out in the registry editor under HKEY_Local_Machine/Software/Microsoft/Windows/Install and so on or using respective tools that do the cleaning. Same for orphaned folders. Just trash them.

    I went to HKEY_Local_Machine/Software/Microsoft/Windows/ in Registry and I don't see an "Install" subdirectory after that.
