One month ago, my after effects stops working for a few seconds, then works again.

Since august and sometimes when I do a click on after effects, the program stops working, then works again. It appears the wait rainbow on mac. Before August didnt happen. Somebody with the same problem? My colleague with other mac studio like mine don`t have the same issues.
