Opacity from layer 1 = opacity from layer 2

Hi friends

I have a question for you guys. It would be nice if I could change the opacity of layer 1 that the opacity of layer 2 automatically change to the same opacity as this of layer 1. 

 

May you help me? 🙂

    Easily done with a simple pickwhip expression/ link of the properties. I suggest you read the online help.

    Unfortunantly I don't have a pickwhip icon beside my opacity. Do you know why I don't have this icon there?

    It's likely the Parent & Link column is not exposed.  Right-click on the Layer Name header and in the columns submenu, choose PArent & Link

    The pickwhip should appear for you now:
