Open files problems

Hello, I have a problem with source files from any device other than mine. A multitude of error messages appears "impossible to import the file" with source damage problems. (3$0)
Has anyone ever had this kind of trouble?

Sorry about the issue. Can you tell us your system details (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)? What type of media files are you editing (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)? What's the source of the media files?
