Open Recent... please fix saving function TO PROPER FOLDER!!!!

So when I Open Recent and get file... make changes... save... it doesn't save in the folder it exists in - but saves in the last project folder I was in beforehand. So many times I save a file and can't find it all because it saves to the last folder I was in, not the folder Open Recent pulls it from. So annoying PLEASE FIX!!!

That's not ideal. What version of After Effects are you using? Are you on macOS or Windows? Could you share a screen recording that shows the problem?
