Out of a sudden my After Effects is lagging

Out of a sudden my After Effects is lagging when doing the smallest of tasks - this has never happened before, I haven't updated or anything recently, and it is only in After Effects it lags, I made a quick screenrecording to show the lag (Dropbox link) What is happening? I have the newest updates for my graphics card etc, I run a Geforce 2080, 64 GB ram - I have tried running the program with CUDA and without, it lags in both? Anyone who has any idea what could be wrong? Like.. I could edit in After Effects a week ago without problems.
