"Output movie to" window

Why doesn't the full window appear when I click "Output movie to" or "Import"? This makes it very difficult to work.

Is that all you see when you try to access the Finder from inside the app? Please try changing the permissions as instructed in the following article: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/x-productkb/multi/preferences-folder-read-only-error.html
