Output Summary Always Includes Rec. 709 Despite Project Settings?

Hello,
I'm trying to get straight, un-transformed RGB out of AE into ProRes .mov for motion graphics for webpage viewing. 

I'm doing a bunch of test exports to try to figure out how to do that. 

In the Export Settings > Summary section of the Format (Quicktime) Options panel, I noticed no matter what I change (Project Settings, Render Settings), it always contains Rec. 709 (circled in screenshot). I think this might be the root of my color problems.

Does anyone know how to remove this Rec. 709?
