Overlap end of animation with start

Hello! I am trying to make a gif in after effects. In the gif I have moving elements overlaping each other and I am wanting the end of the animation to overlap with the beginning of the animation so there are no pauses. Would anyone know how to do this?

    You have to arrange your timeline to make the first and last frames identical. This is usually easiest to do if you pick a starting point before the transition (overlap) and then continue until you get to the same frame after the overlap. Does that make sense?
