Overlapping Layer / Shapes color change?

Does anyone have an expression, addon, or script that may simplify changing the color of sections of a shape when they overlap other sections of a different color? Notice how in the attached image colors are different depending on what it is overlapping with?

Legend

Nothing to do with magical scripts or expressions. Just a clever use of blending modes and track mattes and of course more than one instance of a layer with the duplicates having different colors and patterns. I suggest you read the online help on this stuff.
