Pan (no zoom) on still image

Hi everyone. I have never used Adobe until about two days ago, so forgive me, I do not know if I'm even in the right community. I'm trying to create a pan image without the zoom effect. I found a preset in After Effects calles Autoscroll horizontal, or something like that, and it was great, except it looped automatically. I couldn't get the looping to stop, so I tried Premiere Pro. I managed to create it, but the quality was horrible, even when I followed many recommendations I found on the Premiere Pro community regarding this.

Can anyone point a true beginner to the easist way to create a pan image, no zoom, in Adobe (it doesn't need to be a specific product, as I have most of them, and I don't know how to use any of them yet).

I've attached my shameful attempt in Premiere Pro, with the image quality issues, and it's not smooth or well done. But that's where I'm at.

Thank you so much for any advice.

Oh, also should mention I don't know anyting about graphic design. I'm trying to learn on my own, so when you mention common terms, I might not know what they mean.

Simple position keyframing is all that is required.

If you are new and you don't want to waste a few hours start with the Learn Workspace (Window/Workspace/Learn) and spend 10 minutes learning the UI, then pick a few tutorials from the User Guide.

You will save more time than you spend. Also, make sure you vet your trainers. Most new YouTube tutorials I've seen have been prepared by enthusiasts and the explanations and often the workflows leave a lot to be disired.

Hi, thank you for your rsponse. I will definitely start with the Learn Workspace and User Guide, as I don't even know what keyframing means yet! So, I appreciate it. I have actually spent more time than I care to admit on YouTube, watching tutorials, and ending up in the same place.
