Why does my PC automatically restart while working in After Effects and Premier Pro?

I am facing the same problem with AE2024, my computer suddenly restart or just freeze.

No error message. No Blue Screen...Suddenly display is off like shutdown. It happened multiple times. No third-party plug-ins are installed.

It happened multiple times, I checked and cleared all purges but still i have this issue.

Windows 10

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6400 CPU @ 2.70GHz 2.71 GHz
Installed RAM 24.0 GB
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Graphic Card : NVIDIA GeForce GT 710 (2 GB)

I guess the issue is related to the physical trouble. Would you check the use of memory, storage, cpu by Task manager while After Effects runs? If the specific task is highly consumed, you check this out.
