Hello, For writing Persian in AE you can use a .psd file with support RTL and Arabic/Farsi digit. after import that files in AE right click on that .psd layer and chose "Convert to editable text" and enjoy!

for creat that .psd file in photoshop

First, go to Edit > Preference > Type > chose "Middle Eastern and South Asia"

and be sure on Type > Language Option> "Middle Eastern Features" is selected. if this feature isn't selected you will lose some options in "Paragraph" and "Character" dialog.

We used to have Middle Eastern support in After Effects few years ago, however, for strange reasons Adobe stopped it.

Without any info ybout your system, your language settings etc. nobody can tell you much. start by checking the AE prefs, whether you actually have enabled support for alternate fonts.
