Persistent black frame problem in After Effects FIXED PROBLEM

I have been using AE for the longest and I ran into this problem A LOT and no matter what I tried nothing seemed to work until I accidentally THINK I found a solution and it's actually pretty easy. 

I think the problem start when you don't give enought time to AE to load the footage (I know it might sound silly) but that's what I start doing (let AE load the footage) and I don't have a single random black frame ever since. I'm not saying to leave there when you import the clip, drag it to the composition and let the green bar load before pressing play, just leave it there for a min (depending of how long the footage is and how good your pc is, it might take less or more but just leave it there). 

And as silly as it might sound that's how I fixed that issue. We just need to be a lil bit patient, lol.
