Perspective transform

Good day, I am troubling with saving the perspective doing an edit of the following scene.

What I am trying to achieve is to have a photo replacing the door windows. I have managed to remove the windows by using the roto brush, yet I'm troubling with having the photo move along with the viewpoint of the camera and the doors opening and closing. What is the simplest approach to this?

Corner Pin tracking of the doors using Mocha AE is the way to go, You'll be able to get about 90% of the perspective change, then have to keyframe the last little bit when they are wide open.

Check out this training series from Boris FX.

You would simply track the door panels, though in particular the initial pan may be a bit tricky and require a lot of cleanup and manual corrections. You'll also need a lot more masking and roto to integrate the pedestrians. Anyway, perfectly doable in mocha and AE, it just requires patience.
