Photoshop video layer to after effects

Hello everyone! Is there a way to import a photoshopn animation in to after effects without exporting all the video layers individually in images sequence ?

    I might have this wrong, but I assume you could do this:

    Take the series of layers you have in Photoshop

    Export them as individual images (save as I think)

    Import into AE as Tiff sequence - voila!
