Pink and green lines

I have seen multiple discussions concerning the problem of green and pink lines in Premiere. A solution has been given, for instance here:

Resolution for an issue where green, purple, or pink haze appears in the Source and Program monitors in Premiere Pro.

However, these solutions don't apply to After Effects. I still have the same issue. What does work, is going back to the last version of 2017, which shows footage without the lines. This is not optimal of course. Does anyone have a solution to this issue, specifically for After Effects?

The solution is the same - update your graphics drivers, check your hardware acceleration options, play with settings. There realyl is nothing beyond that. No magic buttons, no nothing. More than that we can#t know, anyway. You have not provided any useful information like actual system info.
